Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your chosen items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase securely.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please email us at info@arkluggage.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the UK. For future updates on international shipping, subscribe to our newsletter.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you didn’t receive this, please contact us with your order number.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your estimated delivery date has passed, please check your tracking information. For further assistance, email us at info@arkluggage.co.uk.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@arkluggage.co.uk with your order number.
How do I return an item?
Email us with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Product Information
Are your luggage items covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Ark Luggage products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse or airline handling.
How can I find the dimensions and weight of a product?
Each product page includes detailed specifications, including dimensions, weight, and capacity.
Do you offer replacement parts?
Currently, we do not sell replacement parts separately. However, if your product is under warranty, please reach out to us for assistance.
