Ark Luggage warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to any damage caused by improper handling, misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs.

What Is Covered:
– Defective components such as zippers, handles, wheels, or stitching
– Structural defects that compromise the functionality of the luggage

What Is Not Covered:
– Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use
– Damage caused by third parties, including airlines or transportation services
– Damage resulting from improper or excessive packing
– Cosmetic damage such as surface scratches, scuffs, or dents

Warranty Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, customers are required to provide:
1. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
2. A detailed description of the defect
3. Clear images that illustrate the issue
